Shipping policy

Delivery Time

All orders are shipped using Aramex Store-to-Door delivery.

Please allow approximately 8–15 business days for your order to be delivered after it has been processed and dispatched.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude South African public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier volumes, weather, operational issues, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Courier Delays

Once your order has been handed over to Aramex, delivery is managed by the courier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Aramex or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier backlogs, operational disruptions, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

However, nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at grimeebeegonee@gmail.com. and we will assist you in following up with the courier where reasonably possible.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct and complete when placing your order.

We cannot guarantee successful delivery where an incorrect or incomplete address, telephone number or other delivery information has been provided.

If you realise that you have entered incorrect delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible at grimeebeegonee@gmail.com We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that the delivery details can be changed once the order has been dispatched.

Tracking

Where tracking information is available, you will receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

You can use the tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery through Aramex.

Delivery Problems

If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:
